Exchange Goods Policy
If you change your mind, (and we know it happens!) we will happily exchange your purchase, on condition that:
It is been within 7 days of purchase if goods are out of order.
- You present your store receipt as proof of purchase
- Goods are in original condition.
- Galaxy Harvest is also happy to exchange, repair any faulty items purchased, on the condition that you present your store receipt.
- We do not refund for change of mind.

- Automatically stop when recording
- Use the compatible high-speed TF card with SDHC since big HD video data issue, the high-speed SD card has C4 and C6 indicated on it.
- Unclear video
- Checks if there is any dirt or fingerprint; if so, please use lens paper to clear the camera lens.
- Black image when taking photo with sky or water scene
- Scenes with big contrast will influence the automatic exposure function of camera; you can adjust “EV in setting mode to correct.
